Here is how you can quickly generate transaction reports from your mobile app:
Step 1: Log into the Kashzoo App
Log into your Kashzoo POS mobile app. Once you are logged in, locate and select the Admin or Menu button on the main screen.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Transactions’ menu
Click on ‘Transactions’ section in the menu. This will give you access to detailed records of all your POS activities, like deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and recharges.
Step 3: Click on the Funnel icon to select the time frame
Generate specific transaction reports by filtering the date. You can do this by clicking the funnel icon in the top right corner. You can choose from these options;
- Daily: Transactions made in the last 24 hours.
- Weekly or Monthly: Overview of the past week or month.
- Custom Range: Select the exact start and end date for the transactions you want to review.
Step 4: Review or Customise the Report
Once you have selected the time frame, review the transaction report. The report will display the following;
- Transaction IDs
- Dates and times of each transaction
